• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, documentation and release preparation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with server-side development, APIs, databases and version-control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an early-stage, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms or B2B systems is an asset.
• Collect, clean and analyze relevant internal and external data sources.
• Develop and test analytical models for demand signals, market patterns and operational insights.
• Support the design of data structures required for future forecasting and recommendation features.
• Create clear dashboards, analyses and visualizations for management and product teams.
• Document model assumptions, data sources, limitations and validation results.
• Work with developers to integrate validated analytical outputs into platform workflows where appropriate.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience with data modeling, machine learning, statistical analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of data quality, model validation and analytical methods.
• Ability to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with logistics, commerce, forecasting or marketplace data is an asset.
• Monitor and interpret relevant import/export requirements, customs processes and trade documentation obligations.
• Develop and maintain compliance checklists, document templates and structured workflow requirements.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams so compliance checkpoints are reflected accurately in the platform.
• Support supplier and buyer verification procedures using defined protocols and appropriate third-party sources.
• Identify situations that require escalation to qualified customs, legal or regulatory professionals.
• Maintain an internal source library and change log for material regulatory updates affecting supported corridors.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Law, Compliance, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Relevant experience in customs, trade compliance, import/export operations or regulatory technology.
• Familiarity with trade agreements, classification, customs documentation and cross-border business processes.
• Strong documentation, research, communication and audit-oriented skills.
• Ability to work carefully with changing requirements across jurisdictions.
• Design onboarding processes for exporters, buyers and other approved platform users.
• Develop walkthroughs, tutorials, FAQs and training materials for key workflows.
• Coordinate support requests and identify recurring user friction or confusion.
• Maintain structured records of user feedback and communicate product priorities to the technical and product teams.
• Track onboarding progress, engagement and support-resolution patterns.
• Help develop customer communication standards appropriate for users across different markets and time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Trade or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in customer success, account management, onboarding or B2B client service is preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM, support, onboarding or customer-analytics tools.
• SaaS, logistics, trade or marketplace experience is an asset.
• Map end-to-end user journeys for exporters, buyers and selected operational users.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interface designs for core platform workflows.
• Design onboarding, product listing, verification, compliance, shipment and dashboard experiences in collaboration with subject-matter leads.
• Conduct usability interviews or tests with prospective users and document findings.
• Maintain a reusable design system and interface standards that support consistent development.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are practical, responsive and aligned with product priorities.
• Use early pilot feedback to simplify workflows and reduce onboarding friction.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Digital Product Design or a related field, or equivalent portfolio-based experience.
• Professional experience designing SaaS, B2B, marketplace or workflow-based digital products.
• Strong proficiency with prototyping and interface-design tools such as Figma or equivalent.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into practical design improvements.
• Experience simplifying complex data, compliance or operational workflows is strongly preferred.
